There are many people and services available to support you during your time at university. Below, we've gathered some of the most important points of contact.
StuSO
You are always welcome to contact us in StuSO if you have any questions, concerns, or simply need someone to talk to—big or small. We treat everything you share with complete confidentiality and are happy to help you find the right support, whatever your situation.

Student Health Centre
The Student Health Centre offers support if you are experiencing stress, anxiety, low mood, sleep difficulties, or other challenges related to your studies.
To get started, you book an initial consultation by phone or via Zoom. Together with a counsellor, you will discuss your situation and decide what type of support best suits your needs.

LTH Student Counsellors
The LTH Student Counsellors provide counselling and guidance throughout your studies.

The Board
If you have any questions about the section, or if there is an issue concerning events or activities within the section, you can always contact someone on the Board.
If you are seeking support regarding sensitive matters or issues related to the study and social environment, you can contact Emma Skattebo, Head of Environment and Well-being, who is the section’s Student Safety Representative (SSO) and is bound by confidentiality. In addition to Emma, you can also contact Edvin Sebelius, President, and Elsa Schuberth, Vice President, regarding these matters.
